My style of wedding photography is strongly based in what people today call wedding photojournalism. It basically just means that I document your day in a way that the photos end up telling a story. (See my wedding and engagement portfolio here.)
But that doesn’t mean that I just take a bazillion photos and hand them to you so you can make a Daumenkino (Flip Book) out of them. It means that every photo tells a story.
For engagement sessions I do a more traditional engagement photography style, where I assist couples in scene selection and posing. We work together to create images with a look and feel that best suit each individual couple. Which leads me to…
Every Couple is Unique
Each couple have their own desired style, timeline and budget for their big day. It is therefore essential for me to really understand your needs right from the beginning. During our initial consultation (which is free of charge, of course!) we’ll get to know each other and create a shared vision for the photos that will eternalize your special day.

Once we have a shared vision, you have one less thing to worry about. You can then just breathe, be fully in the moment, and enjoy the occasion!

Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you work alone?
Yes. I work discreetly, keeping interference at a minimum. It also means you only have one person to deal with.
Do you deliver every image you shoot?
No, I do not. I carefully select and deliver only the best images of the day.
Do you also do headshots, individual portraits, or family portraits?
Yes, I have experience in all of these fields. Feel free to contact me.
Do you speak German?
Ja :-)
Do you process all the images you deliver?
Yes, every image is edited by me personally. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, tone-mapping, selective black and white processing, and minor removal of blemishes. I do not, however, "Photoshop" images into oblivion. The photos will look and feel authentic.
Do you deliver the RAW files?
No, as RAW (unprocessed) files are "unfinished" files. I am committed to providing my clients with a finished product. You will receive full resolution JPEG’s as image downloads.
How do I reserve you for my date?
Your date will be reserved once I receive your signed contract and deposit.
